GEMS - General Engine Management Systems Ltd - Forum

Hi

I've a BDG that was supplied with a MINIEMS ECU for ignition and Injector control. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or pinout diagram as anyone i've found does not include the RS232 comms outputs. The RS232 is wired to pins 10, 11 and 15 but I don't know which one is which. Ive got V3.16 of the software and the usb dongle.

Pins should be as follows:

1- Injector
2 - Speed Sensor Power
3 - Rev Light Out
4 - Sensor Ground
5 - Throttle Position
6 - 5V Sensor Power
7 - Air Temp
8 - Igniter
9 - Speed Input
10 - Serial Transmit
11 - Serial Receive
12 - Coolant
13 - MAP/Baro
14 - 12V Power
15 - 0V Ground
