fault after engine/ecu swap

Hi
I have swapped the engines/ecu's between two evo 6 rally cars, the one I have running only runs on 3 cylinders.. we have changed everything, the only clue I have where you may be able to help is when you swith the anti lag on the shift light (em light) stays on and it didn't before!

Re: fault after engine/ecu swap
Since the old lancers run wasted spark, the problem is most likely an injector problem.
Change the spark plugs, then swap injector connectors between the bad cylinder and a good one.
If problem stays at same cylinder, then injector is faulty or fouled, best to replace.
Else problem is in loom or ECU, so use voltmeter to check that all pins on injector get 12volts when engine stopped, if not problem could be in injector open circuit, or bad wire, to ballast resistor, or ballast resistor.
If all 12volts disconnect ECU, and check wires from injector to ECU, you can find wiring list in manual section of downloads.
