Dongle Drivers

Post by TC_SP » Tue Mar 29, 2016 11:38 am

I am trying to setup GW4 on my new laptop however when I go to install the Dongle Driver it keeps telling me that "KEYLOK\kl2log.htm was not found". It promptly tells you that the program isn't responding and tries to find a solution. I was wondering if anyone else has encountered the same issue and have found a solution for it.

Very rarely and usually Uninstalling and Re-Installing the driver sorts the issue out.

I would suggest that you get the latest version of the Keylok Driver install off their website at keylok.com/support-center/downloads as this is their product and there might be a later version of the install.

I have tried un-installing and re-installing everything from the website and have still confronted the same problems so I have sent a message to KEYLOK asking for their assistance.

When you run the install, have you tried using the 'Run As Administrator' option. It is possible that you don't have sufficient access to update your Laptop/PC..!
