Good morning Mick,
I have manage to find the attached document in our archives. Hope that it provides what you need but I'm not sure what you mean by 'clearing and error code'. What ECU are you using...? And what vehicle is it in.?

Best regards,
RickS

It is an ILEC engine control unit on an Austro engines rotary aero engine.

Hi again Mick,
Thanks for that additional information.
Just to update you, Austro support the software and perform all of the hardware support for this ECU I believe. It is based on one of our earlier ECU but they are completely autonomous regarding this product. It is not normally supported by GEMS but we will help where we can.

I would either contact Austro, ILEC or Diamond Executive Aviation directly as I don't wish to give you erroneous information. Also, the DOS version of GEMSCOM is no longer supported by GEMS as it has been superseded by our GWv4 calibration software.

Best regards and I hope that this helps.
Rick

Mick,
I may have some information that will help you solve your MAP sensor problem.
I assume you are flying a Schleicher glider.

I have found that the ECU does not save the error. It normally means that one of your MAP sensors has failed.

Or it may be due to ambient air pressure at your location.

Regards
Sean
