Read this before posting

Hi and welcome to the GEMS forum. Before you post:
- Please read the rules of the forum by clicking here: http://gems.co.uk/gemsforum/viewtopic.php?t=3
and obey these rules at all times, you will be banned otherwise.
- Remeber to check through current threads before posting as the topic you wanted to start may have already been started.
- Please try and give as much information as possible, including the version and serial number if your GEMS product
- GEMS staff will do their best to answer as many questions as possible, but might not get round to all of them. Please help each other out as much as possible.
