ALS Switch on Impreza MY99

Post by Kristian » Mon Feb 06, 2012 10:12 pm

Hi

I have a Impreza MY99 with a GEMS v2.30 ECU. I want to able to connect a switch to disable/enable ALS/PBW. The manual states that I should use B03/pin#029. Does that mean that I will use pin 29 on the first connector (left seen from the drivers position?

Figured it out, I had to connect it to the third pin on the second connector B03. The reference to "029" i do not understand, but I can live with that.

B03 is the correct assignment for ALS/PBW switch.

029 is the original Subaru pin assignment.

Thank you for the clearification regarding the "029". Nice to know what it means.

Can you please send over a copy of the installed calibration, so that we can evaluate what version of firmware you are running with....
.... send to tech.support (@) gems.co.uk.
