Nope still no joy I'm just going round in circles lol

I'm wondering if my valve just isn't compatable

No matter what I do with the settings it just moves back and forth a tiny amount

OK, something else that I noticed (and needs adjusting) is that your options Idle Rate and Idle Reset Rate are a little high. I suggest setting the Idle Rate at 8 mS and Idle Reset Rate at 4 mS. Try this along with the Idle Duty figures we discussed earlier.

That's got it going as it should :-)

Do I have to set the closed position?

Thanks

Great news..! As they said on Galaxy Quest. "Never give up, never surrender..!"

The valve shouldn't need calibrating or setting. As I understand it, it should 'self-zero' by winding itself 'in' until it hits the stops.
