I want to know if you have a password or is free

I'm not sure I understand your question, please could you give more details.

Our GWv4 tuning software is licence protected by a USB licence dongle which is required to connect to an ECU. The licence is £240.

ECU's can be password protected by the user to protect their calibration work. If this is the case, if the password is not known, the calibration has to be erased to clear the password.
