EM36 serial telemetry

I tried to get the UART telemetry working with no success .
The ECU is a EM36 1v30 .
I assigned 8-12 bytes variables and tried 19.2-38.4kbps .
Option UART Telemetry is on .
I can communicate with gwv4 nicely but when i disconnect and open hyper terminal nothing appears ...
Any ideas ??
