Since there is eight injector drivers in EM36 I'd use all of them to drive all eight injectors. But if boost control valve and idle valve are necessary, then PWM1-4 for primary injectors and IGN3-6 for secondary injectors. Also I'd add cam sensor to gain real sequential injection, and get low rpm area injection timing tuned properly.

Hmm, what I would really do is I'd use four Bosch EV14 1000cc injectors. These are very accurate and they provide very good atomization even when injector open times are low, ie. at low rpm's and low loads. Also they provide enough fuel to make about 750hp at the crank, with gasoline. With E85 (ethanol) they are good for 600hp.

I originally had all the injectors wired separately but when it came back they had linked them in pairs it isn't running boost control any more as I have got a turbosmart eboost2 with 4 port solinoid I am running idle valve but again the wiring has been changed and I don't think it does any thing it's a Bosch 2 pin air valve I wired it up both wires to the ecu but now one has been changed to a permanent live.

Although I haent been able to do the firmware update I have been studying all the sensors for hours and I can't see anything wrong it seems strange it has done 200 miles with out missing a beat and now it's all o er the shop unless it's just that the engine has run in and that's upset the settings seems ok if I run it rich

Are there any good gems specialists in Yorkshire?

Thanks
Si
