Connection to SUBARU 96 V0077

I cannot connect to the ECU with my laptop and no more with another one.
My laptop have a native serial port "com 1", it's a Dell Latitude D810.
I have try with 38400 baud, Com1, ask to GW4 for connecting ECU and then power on the ignition.
Each time the software find an ECU but call "îîîîîîî îîîîî" witch I think, doesn't existing. May be the delay between the laptop see an ECU and try to connect is longer than 2 sec and so the ECU go in stream mode ?
I have disconnect he display and logger ( couple of DA37 and DA1 ) of the car in order to be sure they doesn't interfere without success.
I'm afraid about DA37 serial stream could may be have corrupt the ECU as the display was configured for Prodrive Gra ECU before.
