Post by jimarea51 » Thu Dec 20, 2007 1:49 pm

Hi, apologies for the delay, we have been closed for the christmas period.

The Subaru 05 Ecu has 2 inputs on our unit for Air temp Pin B27 Air Temp AIT Source AIT 06 or Pin D15 Ptemp AIT Source15.

IF you call up ADR06 and ADR15 in the Parameter window you should see one of these input changes with Air temp then you will know which number to type into AIT source.

Sorry to give you information on the later Ecu’s but I missed your comment about V2.60. The Air temp on this version of ecu is on Pin B27 for the signal element.

There is a raw parameter called ADR6 which should read 64-65000 open circuit 39000 at 13 deg hopefully you have used pin D14 rather than B27.

In your options list, check Air temp max and Air Temp Min. Are those valid values?

To test the sensor input, move limits to extremes, do you get any reading that does not track the default?
Also is ERROR1 = 0xXXXXX1XX, where X is don't care, 1 means error 0 OK.
With the sensor removed do you measure 5Volts on loom pins?
