Subaru 2002 base maps

Hello,

Are the base maps for Subaru 2002 for MAF or MAP use?
Or can be used with both ones?

Hi,

The standard Cals we send out with the sub 2002 use the MAP AIT sensor as this is the preference of most group N teams and for good reason. The ECU can be used with both but will need to be told through the software which load sensor to use as the standard calibration is setup to revert to the TPS as a limp home mode.

Subaru 2002 R only goes back to 73. Do you mean a base map for Sub85 v057 and a base map for Subaru 2002 R? If so which version of Subaru 2002 R?

I need GIN fail for the "Subaru2002 SUBARU85 v0.57, for a 1999 Subaru GT.
With the correct sync/ref tooth and ignition settings.

I assume that you actually need a calibration as the GIN file is on our website, in the downloads section.

Can you confirm that it is for a 99 GT? As the 2002 ECU is not directly compatible with the 99 car.

Thanx for responding

I'm viewing the board in front of me now, and on the back it says: "Subaru 99 PCB ISS.C"
The chip has a sticker reading: "SUB85 V0.57"
I was assuming this was a 2002 board, as it has this chip and the 2002 is supposed to support 1996, 1999 and above, according to the 2002 Manual. I only found a GIN for the "SUB85 V0.57" for the 2002 board.

I'm searching for the correct GIN file and basemap for the board.
