Evo X USB Drivers

Is there a Driver that works with Windows 7 using the USB connection to an Evo X GEMS ECU ?
If so, where to find it ?

There are various models on the market, but the one we use in the office is the ATEN USB, RS-232, Serial, External converter and it's drivers are downloadable. We run 7 Professional and it seems to be the most stable converter for us.
