Returning items for testing/repair

As you are probably aware, the turnaround time for units to be sent for repair/service is extending, due to the global tardiness in obtaining replacement components. GEMS will endeavour to provide the promptest (and safest) solution to this current issue and will continue to provide the best service that is possible, under these conditions.

Thank you for your understanding but please allow for added delays, while these restrictions are in place.
