I can’t read my memory cards any more

Windows sometimes changes the drive letters assigned to the cards. To check, insert your card into the PC, start windows explorer and look for the remove-able disk. Make a note of the drive letter assigned to it (e.g. E:) . In DLOG, go to Config | Options and click on the PCMCIA tab. Set the drive letters to be the same as the one identified above.
