Dongle not found after dongle driver installation.

Occasionally, the USB dongle install may not work first time. If this happens:
Run the dongle install program again.
Select Remove from the list and click Next to uninstall the dongle drivers and click Finish to close the installer Run the dongle install program again to install the drivers. Make sure you select USB as the dongle type and proceed as normal.
Note that the repair option does not always work and uninstalling and reinstalling is more reliable.
