I cannot connect to my display (USB connection)

Unplug the display from the USB, then re-run the install program from the CD or from the website. This will re-register the display driver. Re-connect the display, should now connect.
If the editor software is OK and working correctly, it might be that the Display is not 'hand-shaking' with the PC. This can happen when the USB connection 'ping' returns too quickly for the PC/Laptop to recognise the display. If you connect the display to your PC/Laptop via a USB hub, this can slow the response down sufficiently, to allow the connection to take place successfully.
