GEMS EVO X tacho pin out
Moderators:R!C0, JonMan, RickS
On the Mitsubishi EVO X GEMS ECU, can I connect a tachometer to the Pin 100, the defined tacho output?
How many pulses per rev will this pin do?
On our engine cal the tacho pin is set to 255, can I set it to 100? Or is this being used for something else?
Best regards

Re: GEMS EVO X tacho pin out
Set Tacho_Pin = 8, but 255 will also work.
It is possible to use serial TX as tacho but not recommended.
Then the Tacho_Edge table defines where transitions occur relative to crank teeth.
It is better to use 2nd CANbus, or just piggy back dash on main CANbus.
