Lambda CJ125 options

Post by RickS » Tue Aug 18, 2020 2:20 pm

We have found that, significant amounts of noise generated by 'GDI injectors', can disturb the on-board CJ125 wideband lambda amplifier, especially if neither wire bundles are screened or shielded.

So if you want to take additional precautions, an impulse filter is now included, the Lambda Temp Filter.

If faults are present, then the same fault processing is carried out, as for the regular LSU sensor.
CJ125 Ri Deglitch (or CJ125 Fault Deglitch), if set to 'ON' and a fault detected with CJ125 Fault Mask (ON) and CJ125 Status good mask is set, reported in parameter Lambda CJ125 Error, it will start CJ125 deglitch count from CJ125 Fault deglitch time.
While this count is non-zero, and option CJ125 Fault FB Freeze = On, Lambda1 FB will be frozen. In extreme cases where CJ125 Error count exceeds 255, the Lambda Feedback may be stopped when CJ125 Fault FB Stop is 'On' and the value in option Lambda FB Default used.
If CJ125 Fault Early resume is set 'ON', it will immediately allow new Lambda1 values, rather than waiting for CJ125 deglitch count to reach zero.
