The Green LED comes on, but there is no log

* Make sure that the Outputs in the setup file have record rates. i.e. All of them aren't set to No Record.
* Make sure that the CAN arbitration codes in the Input tab are correct.
* If logging only a byte in a CAN word, make sure that the correct byte is being logged. i.e. The top is being logged and not the bottom byte. Or the other way around.
* Make sure the logging time is more than 8 min.
* The serial data is not being logged. Make sure the correct Serial Protocol is selected.
* If it's a GEMS or Pectel/GEMS Protocol, make sure the correct Serial Size is specified. Make sure the correct Serial Speed is specified.
