Re: Wideband sensor
Hi,
Yes it is possible to replace the genuine one with the Wideband one. I used the Wide Band Sensor instead of the original sensor and used pin 34 for heater.
I then set oxygen 1 sensor option to 19.

Re: Wideband sensor
What I did was I connected Yellow, Red, Black and White to pins 54, 55, 56, 34 respectively of the Ecu following the wiring diagram. Then for the Grey wire I conencted to switched +12V.
The option 'oxygen 1 source' is then set to 19
That gave me the lamabda readings I needed.
Hope this helps.

Re: Wideband sensor
Ok, Can you elaborate which wire goes to which ecu pin? The ECU has 4 pins for Lambda. Where do you connect the fifth wire of the lambda? The pin out for the lambda sensor is stated as below:- LSU wire LSU Pin Numbers Colour -- Name - Pin Number Red ------- Ip ------- 6 Black ----- Vs ------- 1 Yell...

Wideband sensor
Hi,
Is there any particular model of Wideband sensor that the Evo X PNP ecu can use?
Do we use the 4 wire or 5 wire wideband lambda sensor?
Terence

EVO X v.026
Hi,
I found these tables in the EVO X calibration. Can you please elaborate on ACT T +1, ACT T+2, ACT T -1, ACT T -2 tables.
What do they do? What are they for?
Hope you can help explain, thanks

Hi,
Could you send me an EVO X map with aircon setup. I'm running the MAP sensor as load.
Thanks

Template download on website faulty
The download button for the templates for GWV4 is faulty. Instead of downloading and saving, the template is sent and displayed straight on the Internet Explorer. Can you advise how to download?

Can you elaborate on Switch A
A quote from your manual for EVO X- A simple centre off switch may be used for encoding the ALS switches. With Switch A Source set to Analogue 17 the external mode switch input, Switch A Table = On and filled with :20,21,22,77,78,79,80, then with ALS in pin = 40 and ALS Mild in pin = 38. Will give A...

Idle Valve for Mitsubshi
Thanks for reply.
If I use a spare pwm output for the control of the idle valve, how do I assign that output as the idle valve output?
Would there be any way to control idle options with A/C, and with anti-lag?
If so, kindly explain procedure.
Thanks

Idle Valve for Mitsubshi
Hi,
I'm currently using the plug n play module for the Evo 8 v2.75. If I were to change to a bigger throttle body without a built in Idle Valve, can I use another type of Idle Valve?
If so, which type can I use?
Thanks and Regards
Terence
