Template download on website faulty

The download button for the templates for GWV4 is faulty. Instead of downloading and saving, the template is sent and displayed straight on the Internet Explorer. Can you advise how to download?

Hi,

I have seen this problem on the Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers but not on Internet Explorer. I've just tried it with version 8 of Internet Explorer and it seems to work however if you are still having problems you can email me at tech.support@gems.co.uk and i will send you the template files back.

Currently our website engineer is away on holiday but we will look into it as soon as he gets back.

This problem has now been sorted, and checked with Internet explorer, Firefox and Chrome.
