How do you set this?

Everything seems to be based on pressure, which is of no use on my engine.

Which ECU are you working with?

Hi,

If you set Map as load to Off and MAF as load to Off then throttle is used as the main fuel base. In order for the correct units to be viewed you might need to select g/s as a unit so that 0 to 100 will be shown on the maps.

Hope this helps.

Does that also apply to ignition?

Hi,

Yes even the ignition map. In order to run the ignition map as load based and the fuel map as throttle based you have to Turn Map as load or MAF as load on and turn the option Fuel map as throttle on.

Hope this helps

Ta (assume you meant map/maf as load as OFF not ON).

Where do you "select g/s as a unit"?

Ignore me, just flicked through the manual and found the setting units page!

Hi,

Just to clarify, I did Mean MAP/MAF as load as on as in order to set the Throttle based fuel map and Load based ignition map you need a load based calibration to start with.

Hope this helps
