GEMS products are designed to work in some of the toughest environments. To ensure that our products meet the demands placed upon them, GEMS employs high standards of quality through its own practices and by ensuring suppliers also work to the highest possible standards.

As of April 2010, General Engine Management Systems Ltd achieved the internationally recognised quality standard ISO9001.

This independent assessment was conducted by the BSI Group a leading Certification Body and demonstrates GEMS commitment to quality in delivery and customer service.

ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do and that they have a quality management system in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Accredited organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.
